• Establish a common vision for the project;
• Communicate contributions and expectations from each other;
• Discuss data sources, requirements and handling procedures;
• Establish a draft framework for the Ethics and Data Governance of the project;
• Discuss the approach, managment structure and critical milestones;
• Explain contractual and administrative duties and reporting procedures;
• Agree on the action plan for the next 6 months per working group and for the whole project.
