• Conduct in-depth dicussions on the project pilots, platforms and toolboxes;
• Communicate contributions and expectations from each partner;
• Convey the Ethics frameworks in effect;
• Increase project dissemination activities;
• Discuss management activities and critical milestones;
• Agree on action plan for the next 8 months per working group and for whole project.
